Blue StatusThose who have made an offer on Global Hand automatically receive “blue” status. Non-profit organisations in this category can upgrade to another colour. |

Brown StatusThose who have made a request on Global Hand automatically receive “brown” status. They too can upgrade to another colour. |

| Rationale: |
This process has deliberately been kept simple to facilitate you in making requests on the site. For that reason, though, it is not sufficient to validate you to respond to offers on the site. |
Yellow StatusIn order to be accountable to our donors, Global Hand requires organisations to register before being permitted access to offers. Once registered, those with yellow status may respond to offers though, in the case of goods, they must wait 72 hours before responding. |
